Advertising your property:

Our properties are placed on five rental listing web sites including www.rentaladvisors.ca.

We provide a complete over view of your property including reference number, amenities, geographical locations and surrounding amenities offered or nearby. We present your property in a professional manner with images and details of the property.

Screening Process:

* Require Full Application submission
* Perform extensive screening through credit check
* Employment references
* Past landlord references


Billing and Accounting:

* Require first month rent and damage deposit prior to tenant occupancy
* Collect monthly rental fees
* Carrying out tenant PRE move –in and move-out inspections of the property
* Documentation services
* Full management of delinquent rents if occurrence precipitates
* Manage maintenance requests from the tenants and landlords
* Manage complaints
* Provide tenant dispute resolution services
* Manage and send eviction notices as stipulated under the law
* Manage property improvement, repair or maintenance with highly experienced technicians and tradesmen on interior, exterior, appliances and utility services
* Electronically transferred Rental and Deposit fees into your bank account
* Manage Pay outs on Maintenance or monthly accounts payable per landlord instruction

Charges:

Our service cost is the greater of:

10% of the monthly rent + gst or $150/month.
The initial marketing fee for setting up your property is a one-time fee of $250 including GST.
